Your insurance inquiry
WorthCalling collects your name, phone number, residency confirmation for the request state, ZIP code, submission time, and the exact contact permission you provide. If you choose, we also collect your preferred call time and what you would like coverage to help with and any other details you share, and share those answers with the named producer. We do not collect social/profile links or search for profiles. We also retain advertising click identifiers, campaign/source information, referral page, and browser information to review the source and document your request.
Returning to an unfinished request
Your entries and random request references may stay in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can return to the form. We do not store the phone code in browser storage. We check saved verification with the server before accepting it. These entries are kept in session storage for this tab; they are not a saved inquiry.
Phone verification
Before submission, you may request a one-time text code to verify possession of the phone number. We send the number to Twilio Verify to deliver and check the code. We retain the verification result, time, provider reference and your verification-text request with the inquiry. We do not store the code. Verification permission is only for the code; it does not authorize marketing texts. Unsubmitted verification attempts expire and are removed after one day on a subsequent verification request. Verified inquiry records follow the retention rule below.
One named recipient
Your inquiry is reserved for the licensed insurance producer identified on the request form. We share the inquiry with that producer after review. We do not resell it to another buyer, including if a lead is later marked invalid. WorthCalling is paid for lead generation; we do not sell insurance or provide insurance advice.
Calls and your choices
The form requests live, manually placed calls from the named producer. It does not authorize automated calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or marketing texts. No purchase is required. Tell the producer to stop contacting you, or contact WorthCalling to withdraw your request, correct information, or request deletion. We may retain a limited record of consent, withdrawal, and delivery where needed for disputes or legal obligations.
Storage and service providers
We use hosted database and website services to store and review inquiries, and email services for operational messages. Buyer access is limited to their delivered inquiries. We retain inquiry and consent records for five years unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation; contact us with a deletion request for review.
