BUYER PRIVACY · SEPTEMBER 15, 2026

Your request. Your information.

This notice covers the WorthCalling buyer-interest form and buyer package area.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, National Producer Number, self-reported Texas license status, readiness, contact permission, request time, and the offer you expressed interest in. We also record campaign tags and ad-click identifiers in the page URL so we can understand which buyer-acquisition efforts produce qualified interest.

How we use it

We review buyer fit and licensing, respond to your request, arrange prepaid packages, and maintain package and payment records. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit form abuse. It expires at the next UTC day boundary and is removed on a later intake request. We do not use the form to enroll you in unrelated marketing or automated text campaigns.

Who handles your information

WorthCalling and its hosting, email, and payment service providers process the information needed to operate this funnel. Buyer records are separate from other businesses. We do not sell buyer contact information. If you pay through Stripe, Stripe collects your payment information; WorthCalling does not store your card number. When you sign in to your WorthCalling buyer portal, our sign-in service verifies your identity and email.

Buyer advertising measurement

When you reach WorthCalling through an advertisement, we record its click identifier and campaign tags. We may keep these in your browser’s session storage so they stay with your request as you move between pages in the same tab.

For Google Ads measurement, we share the Google click identifier, a unique package reference, the payment time, amount and currency, and later refund or reversal adjustments with Google. This helps us measure which ads result in paid buyer packages. This export does not include your name, email, phone number, licensing information or any consumer inquiry details. We do not use it to create Customer Match audiences or personalized remarketing lists.

See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s handling of data. Contact admin@worthcalling.com with questions or to object to further advertising-measurement sharing; this does not prevent you from requesting or purchasing a package.

Basic website measurement

On our buyer offer and request pages, we use a random visit reference to measure page time, time in a visible and focused tab, scroll depth, and steps such as reaching the price or starting a form. We record a broad device category, campaign source, and whether an ad-click identifier is present. This report does not store the full click identifier, form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, keystrokes, or screen recordings. It is separate from paid-package advertising measurement.

The visit reference stays in session storage in the same browser tab. Visit records are kept for up to 30 days and removed during later measurement requests. They are available only to WorthCalling and its hosting provider, and are not sent to a separate analytics company. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this basic measurement. Closing a tab or blocking measurement may leave an incomplete record. For abuse protection, we use a separate hashed network identifier that expires each hour and is removed on a later measurement request. We do not save your raw network address in the visit report.

Retention and requests

We keep records as needed to respond to inquiries, deliver purchased packages, manage disputes, and maintain required business records. Contact WorthCalling to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up. Some completed-transaction records may need to be retained.
