PACKAGE RULES · 2026-09-13

Texas package terms.

These rules apply to the Texas final-expense offer: 10 valid, exclusive final-expense inquiries generated through paid Google Search ads only for $1,000 prepaid. The written package and delivery window agreed before checkout are recorded with your order. No subscription or automatic renewal applies.

Who this package is for

The buyer must hold an active Texas license authorizing life-insurance sales and have any required agency and carrier authorization, and be prepared to handle calls, follow-up, quoting, selling, and closing. WorthCalling generates inquiries and does not sell insurance, set appointments, or provide sales services.

Payment and activation

You provide your details and license declarations, review the package terms and delivery window, and pay upfront. We manually verify active Life authority for the package state and any required agency/carrier authorization after payment and before fulfillment starts. Your campaign remains inactive until payment is confirmed and WorthCalling activates it. An interest form, a checkout link, or a visit to a payment confirmation page does not activate a campaign.

A valid, fresh, exclusive lead

A lead is a new request from a Texas resident: a final-expense insurance inquiry generated through paid Google Search ads run by WorthCalling, with a name and working phone number verified by one-time code. The inquiry must have been submitted within 24 hours of delivery. WorthCalling delivers it to one buyer only and does not resell it. A consumer may independently inquire elsewhere. This package contains no social-media, aged, shared, or resold leads. Microsoft Search, Display and Search Partner traffic are excluded.

Invalid-lead replacements

We replace disconnected or incorrect phone numbers, duplicates within the package, inquiries outside Texas, fabricated or corrupted data, invalid completed submissions, verification failures incorrectly accepted, and routing or system errors that made the inquiry invalid.

Report an issue within 7 calendar days of delivery by replying to your WorthCalling package email. Include the lead reference, issue, and supporting details such as a disconnected-number result. Do not include sensitive medical information. We review claims within 3 business days. Approved invalid leads do not count toward your package balance and are replaced without additional charge within the agreed delivery window or a written extension.

If someone denies making the request

A denial or lack of memory opens a review. It does not automatically earn a replacement. We review our saved inquiry, request ID, submission time, assigned producer, phone verification, and the permission shown at submission. We replace an inquiry only when our records establish an objective defect. A completed request with verified phone access with recorded permission is not invalid merely because the person later denies or forgets it.

What is not an invalid lead

No answer, an unreturned call, a declined quote, an unqualified applicant, a prospect who changes their mind, and a lost sale do not by themselves make an inquiry invalid. WorthCalling does not guarantee contact rates, appointments, sales, revenue, or a buyer’s return on spend.

Delivery and undelivered balances

The maximum delivery window is 14 calendar days for 10 valid inquiries. The clock starts only after payment, license approval, and package activation. The activation time and deadline appear in your portal. Each inquiry is reviewed before delivery and must arrive within 24 hours of submission. If the remaining valid leads cannot be delivered within that window, you may choose a written extension or a prorated refund for undelivered valid leads, calculated using your package’s per-lead price. A replacement still owed counts as undelivered for this purpose.

Cancellations and disputes

You may cancel before campaign activation for a full refund. After activation, valid leads already delivered are not refundable merely because they do not convert. Contact WorthCalling about cancellation of any undelivered balance; no further generation should be commissioned after cancellation is confirmed. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. A disputed lead follows the replacement process above.

Buyer responsibilities

Use delivered inquiries for your own licensed insurance follow-up. Do not resell or redistribute them. You are responsible for your sales practices, license status, carrier requirements, and lawful handling of consumer information and communications. The contact permission covers live, manually placed calls by the named producer only. It does not authorize automated calls, prerecorded or artificial-voice calls, or marketing texts. Honor withdrawal and do-not-call requests and keep the consent record.
